A team of teachers headed by the Principal offer a helping hand to counsel the students be it academic, social, behavioral or emotional throughout the academic year. Special sessions of counselling by a specialist professional are also arranged to parents and students.

One to one or individual Counselling helps to provide specific solution to children with particular problems. Mirambika Students have a privilege to express with teachers about various experiences that make them uncomfortable. Proper counseling done by the mentor teachers help to bridge gap between students, parents and the school administration to create a healthy learning environment.

Students are observed in and out of the classrooms and counseled accordingly and anecdotal records are maintained for the same. Few sessions involve awareness workshops to the students to overcome examination fear, peer pressure and face other challenges of the society.
